Welcome to Vianto and Co, Adelaide’s newest mobile wood oven catering company, designed with an emphasis on friendly, honest and simple catering for any event, anywhere in Adelaide. We're dedicated to giving you the very best of wood oven food, with a focus on customer service and uniqueness. We strive to create the ultimate food experience by creating pizzas that are hand crafted slices of Italy.
On The Day
Arrival
We will arrive at your venue approximately 1-2 hours before you would like pizzas to be served to allow time for set up. We are flexible in our set up, however we will require reasonably level ground.
Service
At your designated time we will start prepping and cooking your pizzas. Our oven allows multiple pizzas at a time to keep your hungry crowd satisfied. Depending on your preference wait staff can be provided.
Departure
Once catering is finished and guests are satisfied, we will begin cleaning and packing our work area. We don’t put a time limit on how long we are at your function for, however this is usually 2-3 hours. This may vary depending on the number of guests.
